Lorraine Hughes began on her path in Therapeutic Herbalism in 2005, and has since expanded her wellness capabilities to address the complex needs of her clients. She trained in Tibetan and Karuna Reiki, became Board Certified in Reflexology and Qi Gong Instruction, and introduced Aroma AcuPoint with Essential Oils to her practice.
Her comprehensive background in Traditional Chinese Medicine allows her to identify the root of imbalance and deficiency for her clients and guide them towards their own individual path of wellness. With the fundamental belief that we must learn to care for ourselves, Lorraine is passionate about empowering others to take ownership of their transformation into a balanced, resilient and thriving being. As an extension of her practice, Lorraine is an active participant in her community, sharing wellness with her professional peers and supporting local sustainable practices.
